Grateful Ferndale Buyer

Julia and Steve Mullenix make a good team. I wanted a home. It didn’t have to be big, but I wanted some land around it. They showed me a couple of places that were almost right, then the right place came to us. They listened to me and persevered. I’m grateful to my folks. I’m grateful to the seller.
