Virtual Painting Class on Wednesday! – Bellingham WA

The Bellingham Parks and Rec department will be hosting a virtual painting class this Wednesday! This class will be for children to paint a cute owl painting. There will be step-by-step instructions and registration will include canvas, paints, and delivery or pick-up.
