Starting tomorrow, there will be an orchestra festival at WWU featuring middle and high school orchestras! This event will take place at the Performing Arts Center in WWU in Bellingham, WA. It will be from March 13 to March 14th. This event is a state-level festival that showcases middle and high school orchestras who are extremely talented.
