She lives in Blaine WA with her husband and business partner Steve Mullenix, and their three wonderful kids. She enjoys hiking, being outdoors, and bird watching. Steve Mullenix
Steve Mullenix loves living in Blaine, Washington and focuses his energy on helping clients and supporting The Mullenix Team at Peace Arch Real Estate.
Originally from Tennessee, Steve Mullenix moved to Bellingham after serving five years at sea in the U.S. Navy. Steve built homes, drove forklifts, and worked at the port while attending WWU. After graduating, he taught at middle and high schools in Whatcom County for many years before starting his real estate career. All of those experiences broadened his views, humbled him, and made him who he is today. Steve is the proud husband to his beautiful wife and business partner, Julia Mullenix, as well as father to their three wonderful children.
