We first met up with Julia a couple years ago to view some properties in Birch Bay, about a hour and a half drive from where we live in Seattle. At the time, we weren’t ready to purchase but were trying to familiarize ourselves with homes and properties in the area. Since the seller was a foreign citizen, a couple minor complications arose during the closing process and the closing date was delayed a couple times to accommodate. Julia kept us informed and assured the whole time. The only stressful part of the process was anticipating whether our bid would be accepted. In the end, we are very happy we had Julia to help us with our purchase. A wonderful, warm, knowledgeable and professional person.
