What I like best about Steve is that he’s in the business to work. He treated us and our home search and transaction like it was the most important thing to him. We looked at houses in all weather, day or night, and in between. Based on our experience, I don’t think there’s anything that can surprise him, or anything he wouldn’t do (as long as it was legal!) to get the job done. He’s pleasant, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. He used the professional tools available to him to provide us with unique insights to the tricky market we’re in (Bellingham, WA). It was really his care and diligence that put us in our home. Not I only would I recommend him – I have already to several people – and he’s already closed a purchase for one of them! He reached out and made a personal connection to our lender which made the deal even smoother, since they were comfortable working together to get us in a home quickly. NOTE: Year of service crossed from 2016 into 2017. Steve started with us in September of 2016 and worked with us until we closed on a home in 2017. He showed us at least a dozen homes during that time (I lost count, actually).
