First-Ever Trick-or-Treat on the Berm in Birch Bay!

Birch Bay will be having their first Birch Bay Trick-or-Treat on the newly completed Berm tomorrow! The pathway will have many pop-up tents decorated as mini open-aired haunted houses from the south end of the Berm to the Birch Bay Vogt Community Library Property!
