The current median sale price is $595,000, with a median price of $315 per square foot and a median market time of 59 days.

Taken together, the numbers point to a market that is becoming more balanced after several years of very limited inventory. Buyers generally have more options and more time to make decisions, while sellers need to pay closer attention to pricing and competition.
