Western Washington University will be hosting an event centered around the exhibition “In Site: A New Realism” on October 29. This event will be asking the question “How do we communicate or express perceptions of our self to those around us?”, and will showcase the projects done by 10 students who have created beautiful and deeply personal art pieces that represent the ideas of history, identity, and past and present reality. There will also be an informational panel featuring one of the artists and WWU faculty, as well as small group discussions in breakout rooms.
